We all know that
learning is a lifetime process, through this principles we can learn a lot of
knowledge especially in motivating ourselves and at the time to the students.
There are two types of motivation: First, is extrinsic motivation that comes in
the form of reward and punishment. The second one is intrinsic motivation which
is creating a desire to learn an area of knowledge because it is worth knowing.
In
characteristics of learning, there are five factors that contribute to
learning. These are: Drive and Motivation, Positive transfer of learning,
Usefulness of materials, the number of sense involved, and Feedback or
knowledge of results. These factors teach us the significance of teaching
strategy. It helps also to improve our performance as motivated person.
